[KINGSTON, ON] It wasn’t the final result they dreamed of but Team Epping put on a great show for the home province making it all the way to the tie-breakers for the final four teams at the 2020 Tim Hortons Brier.

Team Epping went into the week as the 2nd ranked curling team in the world rankings and kept their position thanks to the strong showing. Brier champion Team Gushue moved up to 3rd while Team Jacobs continues to hold narrow lead at the top over Epping.

“Obviously a little disappointing that we didn’t make it to the very end but a great week nonetheless and playing in front of so many family and friends is something we will never forget,” said Epping, who last played in the Brier in 2018. “We’ve had a fantastic season and our goal is to cap it off with another big win or two which would make it the best season I’ve ever had for sure.”
